At the beginning of the new year, in order to enrich employees’ product knowledge and enhance their business capabilities, starting from February, all employees of our company will undergo a comprehensive and systematic product knowledge training. The training will span a long period, with one session per month.
The Human Resources Department has specially invited Mr. Koichi Shibata, a senior engineer from the Engineering Department, to provide systematic training on various specifications of the company’s major product lines.
During the training, Mr. Shibata first introduced in detail the types, models, uses, and working principles of various products such as solder bars, solder wires, and solder paste. He analyzed the differences between different models of products and then explained which products to use in which processes and the analysis of common issues that may arise. Throughout the training, Mr. Shibata used a combination of text and images to help the participants gain a deep understanding of the company’s various types of products, gradually and comprehensively.
During the training, the participants showed a positive attitude, studied diligently, and consulted on practical issues they encounter in their daily work. They expressed that through the product training, they have learned professional product knowledge that can meet their needs in their business. They believe that in their future work, they will be able to provide the best configurations and better serve customers. In the future, the company will continue to organize similar training courses.
